Hellenia Caffeine 100mg - 120 Tablets - Focus, Alertness & Energy

Judging from the effect, seems to contain what it says on the tin. For comparison, a Red Bull or cup of coffee is about 80mg of caffeine, so this sits just slightly above at 100mg. I don't like coffee and drinking one Red Bull daily becomes expensive fast, so I use this product as an optimal solution to fight early morning "zombie mode" - one capsule with breakfast does wonders.I would recommend against other products that contain 200mg per capsule - that's too much. Keep in mind caffeine is an addictive substance, and that just 400mg will put you over the official safety limit.A similar product is  Scitec Nutrition Caffeine Capsules - 100 Caps .

I like the packaging on these which is quite gentle on the eye. Most caffeine packaging is really in your face. What else can I say, caffeine works and with 100mg tablets It's easier to monitor your dosage. These are pretty decent for the price as well. I would say don't go for the market leaders, try something like this first.

As a non coffee drinker one of these noticeably perks me up in the afternoon and one before the gym improves my performance

These caffeine tablets are a life saver! I will definitely be ordering more. They are just the right concentration to give me the boost of energy I need to survive a full teaching day and much cheaper than pro plus !

these do not even seem to contain caffeine,not even the maximum dose (400mg)has any result.very odd
