Great proofing basket for baguettes! My wife and I floured it up really well and covered it. Waited a few hours flipped it upside down on a baguette baking pan and floured it up just a tad bit more and voila! Baked and fresh bread came out the oven. Raises great, and with little to no effort the dough fell right out.I wish i got the longer one since its for baguettes but nonetheless great product. Does what it's supposed to do. Feels sturdy enough... Well feels like any other proofing basket and the covering cloth is made of a nice material.

I absolutely love these proofing baskets! I ordered the 5 in and 7 inch and they are the perfect size for the bread dough to go in my Dutch oven! I’m so happy with this purchase! And the tracking of my package through China Post was pretty cool, too! They were set to arrive between March 8th - 29th but I received it February 25th. I know that’s not necessarily going to be the case with all orders due to things like delivery location and weather, but it was a pleasant surprise to receive it faster than expected. Packaged nicely, no damage in transport!

Fits right in with the rest. Now I am complete.

This is great for forming a large loaf of rustic, crusty bread.
