Thanks for the question. No the kit does not include push/pull pots. If you refer to the ad there is a roster of the parts that are included.

The leanth of shaft protruding out the guitar or pick gaurd and holds the vol. or tone knob

Q: What points am I measuring when trying to determine pot shaft length?

There are 3 common bushing heights and as a general rule - 1/4" short shaft used for pick guard mount, 3/8" short shaft used for through-body, and 3/4" long shaft used for guitars with control plates in the cavity.

Q: Are these audio taper pots?

Yes, they are 500k Audio Taper pots
