I would not hesitate to recommend this.The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because this piece is much thinner than I expected. You know how you get air pockets when you put a screen protector on your phone or computer? This does that on the counter. It's manageable though.Other than that, it is very good. No sliding on the counter and the length measurements are great to use. Most of the weight and liquid measures are not so helpful (to me anyways) as different ingredients have different weights. I love not having to sanitize my counter, flour it, knead, then clean it up again when I'm done! I simply tap this out in the sink, then wipe it with a wet cloth.

AMAZING
Use this all the time. I bought two so my daughter and I could bake together. Durable, easy to clean, easy to store, remember chefs.... keep the packaging to roll your mats for storage when not in use. I air dry mine. It's a great product. Highly recommend. Thank you and God bless y'all

Large, but great product
I've never used one of these before but it's very large to use with a pan. It's my only complaint, but that's ok. I didn't get it to use with a pan. I wanted the circle sizes for use with making keto pizza dough. I do love the conversions on the side. It's very useful
