Anything Tekukor touches turns to gold! The minute I saw this for sale I bought it immediately and it arrived quickly (thank you Amazon Prime!). And this new 160gsm journal is no different from their other notebooks - it's great and I love it! The linen cover is beautiful and the gold hot-stamp emblem on the front gives it a luxurious feeling. It comes in a heavy-duty storage box so when I'm done with it, I can safely store it away on the bookshelf. I've tested a huge variety of pens and art supplies and it came through that test with flying colors. The only issue was the alcohol-based inks (which is to be expected since this type of paper isn't designed to withstand Copic markers or alcohol inks). No ghosting or bleed-through with any of the normal writing pens I've tested. The book lies flat and because there's 192 pages (more than other notebooks in this class) the size of the journal feels substantial and sturdy in my hand.I'm still working on my full review, but so far... this notebook gets another 5-star rating from me.Seeing the comment from the other reviewer about the dots not lining up, I went to check my copies of this journal (I have all 3 colors) and leafed through all the pages of the notebook -- I did NOT see any misaligned dots across pages. So hopefully that's an isolated issue.

This could be be a really great notebook. The paper is white and thick. The cover art is pretty. The notebook itself is covered in this canvas-like fabric, which tends to get a lot of lint stuck to it. It still looks nice, I just wasn't expecting it. For the price, something a little more durable would be preferred.On SOME (very few) of the pages, the dots do not line up correctly, which is a little frustrating, but not a deal breaker to me since it isn't throughout the entire book and I, personally, do not need them to line up (although I do think, for the price, that it's something this company should look into and fix). I gave it three stars because of this and the fabric cover.

Great notebook! Appreciate the amount of (numbered!) pages, the paper thickness, the price, etc. A pen loop would be nice, but that’s minor/definitely NOT a dealbreaker for me.Would love love LOVE a B5 size or even an A5+ (see dingbats - perfect size, pretty please consider it?!?), but everything else about this notebook is great.For anyone worried about the dot alignment: my notebook has perfectly aligned dots, no problem whatsoever here.And FWIW, the A&O notebook I just filled up had misaligned dots for the entire second half of the notebook (still loved it, just saying....it’s possible you’ll occasionally encounter flaws no matter what you spend).

This product is wonderful! I’m using it as my 2020 bullet journal and it has stood up wonderfully to my Tombow and Crayola supertips with absolutely no bleeding or ghosting. I had some issues with ghosting with my copic markers and heavier black brush pens, but that is to be expected with most paper. The cover also had an incredible feel to it. I had one double spread where the dots weren’t aligned, but it wasn’t that far off and it didn’t cause any issues. The paper was also stark white. Overall, this is very similar to an Archer and Olive and a great alternative for a better price!

Bought for bullet journaling.For a 160gsm, I expected it to hold up to watercolor better. When I laid down some water for a wash, the water sank right into the paper immediately. I tried adding Tombow ink first, THEN blending with water, but quickly found that adding any amount of water will cause ink/paint to bleed (not ghost, BLEED). If you wanted it for water-color, use a different one.Furthermore, while the dots align on MOST pages, 1 double spread every 5 or so pages will NOT be aligned AT ALL. If you don't often do 2-page spreads, just skip a page and move on.If you're not fussy about water coloring or dots, it's not bad. Pages lay flat and are actually slightly off-white (not pure white, but close). Pages are numbered. The bookmarks seem to hold up well, no fraying so far, but the gold fern on the front has worn a little and it's only really been a week or so.

I have just started bullet journaling this year and this notebook was recommended. I love it. The pages are nice and thick and not one thing I have used on the pages has bled through! It came in a little box which I always put it back in to protect it, and it has held up beautifully! A little pricey, but I think worth it.

Was I’ve seen in the reviews, a few of the very first pages have misaligned dots, no biggie in my opinion but to each their own. Besides that, this is an amazing first bullet journal.

It has great quality. The only problem is that some pages don’t align, luckily most of them are not that obvious.
