TOTAL SYNTHETIC CRAP. I bought several balls of different colors for an art class to do wet felted balls. Well imagine the disappointment on the faces of all of my classes (55 students) when this stuff wouldn’t felt! My photo shows that the "wool" will not come together as it should in the wet felting process. I tried to "fix" them myself, in case it was student bad luck, but it will not work. The stuff feels fake and the fibers are not blended together in the way real roving is. Unfortunately I had practiced with a different roving because I was waiting for this in the mail. So I didn’t test it before class. What a total waste of money and time.
