Thermoflow Elex 24 Electric Tankless Water Heater,24kW at 240 Volts, Instant Hot Water Heater with Self-Modulating Temperature Technology for Whole House

I use this to heat an indoor jacuzzi.. 400 gal.. never fails, heats so fast, since the inlet temperature is already around 90 deg, to heat to 104 takes around 40 min.. Must hook up electrical as mandated, do not use lower guage wires, 2 50 amp douple pole breakers, works very well. Highly recommend, especially value for the money. I had one of the 3 i bought develop a problem with the outlet temperature sensor, and within a week, they sent a replacement unit, would highly recommend.

like i said its not going above a 3 just because the cold and hot water goes out the back and not the bottom. so i had to redo my wall to make it look good. but after playing with the temp and set it at 12 thats 158 degs. i have all the heat and pressure i need to take a shower.i just hope my light bill goes down. if it does i might come back and change it to a 4.

Please read!! Ordered this unit, had professional electrician and plumber install. Power and water work, no hot water! No customer service number or contact info. Ended up doing a Google search. Got in touch (accidentally) with another company with same name. They had a number on file since they get so many calls on accident. Called the number and got a voicemail?? Worthless!! No return call either. Ended up exchanging through Amazon. New unit arrives, also dead on arrival!! Let's do the math on this!Unit: $300Electrical materials (converting from tank to tankless): $350Plumbing materials (converting from 3/4 to 1/2 pipe): $50Electrician (friend price): $250Plumber (also friend price): $100Total price: $1050Now imagine if they were not offering friend prices, and since I had to exchange the unit, they had to come out twice - technically 3 times before getting a unit that works! I ended up buying a unit from big box store costing $629. This unit, this company, this entire experience was absolutely horrible! Please trust that I do not wish anyone else to go through what I did - being without hot water for 5 days, heating water on the stove just to bathe! YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET BUYING THIS UNIT, OR ANY OTHER ONE FROM THERMOFLOW! If Amazon ever considered feedback of negative stars, this product would be the arguement for it.

My wife is happy. More space in utility room now, so i am happy too. Easy install glad seller stated takes 2 sixty amp breakers so it made install go smooth for this Thermoflow Elex 24. Thank you.

It came in and it seems to be exactly what I was looking for. I have a "tiny house" with 0 space for a full size water heater and this has solved my problem!

This product is amazing heats up really well and and it is very aesthetic, i just love it !!!!!!!!

Completely inconsistent. Spend more time trying to get the water to stay at a certain temp. Slow it down, speed it up. I figured out the shower but the tub has to go very very slow in order to get hot water. Now looking at a better brand to replace it. You cannot run two shower, he’ll we can’t even run a shower and a sink without major water temp changes.

I just had it installed few days ago so can't give a full report. It was an easy to install But make sure to use the right electrical wire and breaker otherwise the breaker will trip. I will write a better review once I use it long enough
