This is one of the best investments I have made in a while. We spend less, waste less and eat healthier. It is so easy to just fill the removable stainless steel tray when I am cleaning up dinner. I cover it and put it in the fridge. In the morning put in the lunch box and go. The whole unit is sturdy including the handles. It's convenient to have the option to heat in the car or with standard outlet.
