It arrived in perfect condition and I immediately assembled the unit and started winding. Works great with plastic and metal bobbins. I use both. It's such a relief to know that when my bobbin runs out in the middle of a seam, I don't have to stop, wind a bobbin, and then rethread my sewing machine. **Q: Kungfuking bobbin winder - no instructions with packaging...cannot get thread to wind properly?**
A: I've been using it with out issue, I did find that going around the tensioner an extra time helped.  You also may need to adjust the stopping point based on the bobbin style.

**Q: Will this wind my Bobbins for my singer featherweight machine?**
A: it's fits for all bobbins including Type M, Type L, Type 15 (Universal) or any bobbin with 1/4 inch (0.64 cm) center hole.

**Q: Can this winder work with thread spools or does it only work with cones?**
A: I have not used mine yet, but the pin that holds thread is small enough to hold regular spools of thread so I see no reason why it shouldn't work with spool or cone thread.

**Q: The pfaff bobbin hole is too small for the bobbin winder. Any recommendations**
A: You Can’t use this  bobbin winder

This bobbin winder is super-fast and even. After winding about 5 bobbins, the bobbin wound inconsistently. Fast, slow, stop. After 10 bobbins I was ready to send it back. After reading other reviews, I tried someone's suggestion of putting a piece of tape around the winder. Problem solved. It once again winds super-fast and is easy to use and quiet. The instructions have photos of two different models which isn't helpful, and the written instructions aren't very clear.
