Love our spa but was disappointed that it DIDNOT fit the detailed description. On line it states it COMES with a waterfall and it DID NOT have a waterfall. It came with a stream of water on two sides like a water fountain. The on line description should be changed to reflect the actual spa. We also had to call the manufacturer to find out where the electrical and drain was located, because there was no indication in the directions on which panel (8) these were behind and to do set up we needed to know before having to unscrew all the panels to locate the electrical or drain. Fix the description and have the manufacture advise where the electrical and drain are located in the materials and you will have a rate of 5.

Didn't ship on time and took several weeks to arrive. Several warrantee clad over the first 9 months including leaks, tubing damaged in the plant, and even unglued fittings. Mine must have been manufactured on a Monday. Terrible quality control!

I had read the reviews and doing so gave me the confidence for this spa.Knowing many spas to choose from, I wanted something simple, durable efficient and reliable.This spa met all the criteria, and at a great price. This was bought for a project and have 5 stars from the owners.
