It is prepared by using multiple grain flours and some mild spices to give it a very healthy and a very filling breakfast. It is very easy to prepare and gets ready in just minutes. Ingredients @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); Roasted Jawar ,Rice ,Bajari ,Wheat ,Chana dal ,Udid dal ,Maize ,Ragi ,Soyabean, Sauff ,Cummin ,Red chilly powder ,Salt ,Turmeric Powder , Coriander ,Asafoetida ,Sesame How to Use @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); 1.Add sufficient water and one tsp oil in thalipeeth mix and make thick batter. Soak for 5to 10 min. 2. Add onion ,coriander in above mix while adding water. 3.Make an equal 7 to 8 round balls. 4.Take rolling board , over that place aluminium foil/cloth, Sprinkle handful of water over foil/cloth. 5.Take a ball and flatten it on rolling board in round shape. 6.Heat a non-stick pan with some oil. Place thalipith on pan. 7.Make 3 to 4 holes on thalipith surface and fill with oil/ ghee. 8.Cook on both side till golden brown, using a little oil/ ghee. 9.Serve hot with a dollop of home-made whit butter or curd.
