Further story development, and a truly fun time.
I have always been a big fan of the Back to the Future franchise, and when I saw that IDW had started making a comics to continue the story, I was very excited. This particular graphic novel is fantastic for the true fan that wants back story, and a better understanding of the characters. This graphic novel develops the storyline much more. After reading it, you have a much better understanding of the characters, such as how Marty and Doc met, etc.The writing and graphics are very well done. I would highly recommend this graphic novel. If you loved the trilogy and want more, start with this book, and you'll be hooked!

Interesting concept, nice illustrations. The stories intertwine with the original story and the characters remain like those in the movie. A lot of these graphic novels tend to deviate so far from the established characters and plotline that they feel like they were written about some other series. These intriguing tales stay true to the formula and characterizations that we all love. A fun book.

Movies... where we are going we don't need a BTTF 4 movie!
Bob Gale takes us back to the future... and its awesome! So make like a tree and get out of here, read it now! If you are a fan of BTTF, then dont hestiate to read these comics, it only adds to trilogy. Story continuity is there, these aren't one off comics. These comics will make you fall back in love with McFly and Doc... It's your density to read this!

and out of the respect that there should be no other movies made (even a reboot) I feel this was the happy medium to provide more BTTF Universe Knowledge
As a fan of the original trilogy, and out of the respect that there should be no other movies made (even a reboot) I feel this was the happy medium to provide more BTTF Universe Knowledge, and continue the fandom. It was good to follow Marty and Doc on another adventure.

Amazing!! Required reading for all BTTF Fans
Being a comic book you really get to experience this as almost a movie. It’s a wonderful expansion to the BTTF world, perfect when you want more and know a 4th film will never happen. Truly feels like canon.

So much fun
It was like being transported back to the movies! The stories fill in the blanks I have always wondered and revealed stories I didn't know I wanted to know. Highly recommended

You'll say "Oh! So that's how it happened!"
Ever wondered what else happened with Back to the Future or how Doc and Marty met or what happened to Doc Marty traveled or what happened to Doc in the 60s and 70s or how Doc became so smart? This read answers a lot of that! So much fun, especially if you love Back to the Future!

Little bits and backstories of one of the greatest iconic movies
Little bits and backstories of one of the greatest iconic movies. The artists, colorists and Letters all have done fantastic jobs, and it even comes with the variant covers in the back. Pick this up if you missed an issue, or want an omnibus of the coolness.

Great Scott! This is heavy!!
I'm a massive fan of the BTTF franchise and have seen the movies more times than I care to remember!I bought this book on a whim, because it promised to fill in some gaps in the storylines, such as how Marty and Doc first met, amongst others. All I can say is WOW! It certainly delivers on that promise. This book is brilliant. I wouldn't normally buy graphic novels, but because I am such a fan of the BTTF world, I HAD to get this one. It is well written (it's written by Bob Gale - of course it is well written!) and the artwork is exquisite.I have just bought the sequel now - Continuum Conundrums - and advise any fan to do the same.To summarise, in 3 words - BUY. IT. NOW!!

Go Back to Back to the Future With This Great Collection of Tales
GREAT SCOTT! A great mix of tales set in and around the classic films. I didn't think there were more stories to be told about these characters, but I thought wrong, dude. I won't give anything away, but if you want to find out how Doc and Marty first met, where - sorry, when - Biff went to before giving himself the Almanac in 1955, and how and why Doc's mansion burned down, then you need to buy this book. So glad I found this!

Excellent
Incredible artwork and stories that align faithfully to the original trilogy whilst developing the stories of the characters and answering some key questions regarding the plot.

So it goes without saying that this official (and canon) set of comics is great reading and a must-have for Back To The Future ...
I'm a massive BTTF geek. I've owned this trilogy in VHS, DVD, BluRay and I still have the laser discs. I have a hover board, Lego De Lorean and boards of other toys related to the franchise. So it goes without saying that this official (and canon) set of comics is great reading and a must-have for Back To The Future nerds. The stories are great and it's nice to explore the extended movie universe.

Nice stories, poor quality product.
On the plus side, the stories are nice and the art is fine. Unfortunately, the issue binding is of very poor quality. The first pages fell apart within hours of my son starting reading. When I picked it up, it kept disintegrating in my hands as I was turning the pages. We now have a collection of loose pages instead of a book.
