It's just a regular size plate I thought it was gonna be little smaller it does have the markings for portion , but if your on a high good carb low protein this plate is for you but if your eating a high protein low carb u might wanna look at more options ,

Cheap thin plastic, not worth the money. Quality of that like you would get from the dollar tree. Paint will eventually scratch off. Buyer beware

Bigger than my everyday plates. But in this case, I'm not sure if bigger is better. If you know what I mean. Also, I'm personally not a fan of the font color. It's a brownish purple, and there is a lot of it all around the edge. Otherwise it's a nice solid plate.

It was cheaply made. She didn’t think it was worth it.
