The faucet looks well built, but there are a couple of design flaws: 1) the top rubber washer is too thin and is not even at the same level as the base. The washer needs to protrude slightly from the base to create a good seal. 2) the threaded stem is too short for my installation. I had to buy a 12mm/1.25 pitch nut to replace the included tightening knob. As a result, it took me quite some effort to install it properly. Hope the manufacturer will improve the design in the next version.Update on 12/15/2020: I am bumping the score to 5 because of its excellent warranty service. The faucet has been working well, but it started to leak. Unfortunately I didn't keep the contact information for the manufacturer. So I contacted the seller through Amazon website instead. The seller got back to me almost immediately and suggested that it could be fixed by replacing the cartridge. The cartridge arrived a week later. (Please see the last photo for the parts included in the replacement cartridge package.) The cartridge is extremely easy to replace. The only tool needed is a screw driver. It took me 3 minutes to replace it.

After 6 1/2 months it started leaking. Email to maker gets no response. Given this, I wouldn't recommend this faucet. Update May 6th 2020. Put a measuring cup under it. Leaks 8 ounces in 13 hours, or 14.75 oz per day. This equals 42 gallons a year like flushing the toilet 28 times. Money down the drain. Update May 24 2020: Sadly even though they give 2 email contacts for support and don't respond, when I complained via the Amazon site, I got an instant response. They sent me a new unit which only cost me $60 to have someone install it!!!!. Why provide the customer with 2 email contacts in the literature in the box if you ignore emails?

The media could not be loaded.  Go ahead and buy a T-adapter, you'll need it, and it's not included. I now question reviews that say the faucet was "slow", as it's basically a metal straw that can push out water at jet speeds. So, unless something was stuck in the metal straw-or it was improperly installed into the filter, this faucet fills a litre in mere seconds (see video). We've given it a couple weeks of rigorous use (we drink A LOT of water), and it's still flawless. It matches my main faucet beautifully. The filtering process will only be as good as the filter you buy, this is merely the vessel to convey water from the *filter* to your container. And if you're not already well versed in installing plumbing, hire a handyman so it's installed properly, unlike some other reviewers here, where we can clearly see the errors in installation. So recap 1. Proper installation 2. Good filter, and you're golden.

I thought this faucet was great. It had amazing pressure and didn't take forever to fill my pots with water. About 4 months ago I noticed a small amount of water sitting on the tip of the faucet. It has progressively gotten worse and visibly drips while I watch it. I tried to email customer service and got a notice from google that the email address was bad. After reading reviews I'm not the only person with this problem. Save yourself the frustrations.

Easy installation with snap on fittings. Using with water filter and appears more heavy duty than faucet provided with filter system. Was used to replace original filter faucet that failed. Note: There is a single inlet to faucet that works with my filter system.

I just just installed this RULIA PB1019 Drinking Water Faucet. Very nice looking. I used the included 1/2 inch connector with a plastic supply line, so I needed a 3/8 inch plastic ferrule ring and nut which is not included. I already had those on hand, so I didn't have to go to the store to buy them.

Good quality faucet. Well packaged with several size connectors included. Been using the filter cartridges for years. Very good quality also. Parts kit had everything I needed to over hall my filter system. Arrived on time..VERY SATISFIED...

Easy to install if you have 1/4 or 9/16 tubing for your water supply. We have 3/8 so had to buy an additional compression fitting to install. However, after a trip to the store it installed quickly and looks great.
