I bought this case just so my computer wouldn't get any scratches on it but I wouldn't say its durability is all there if you're wanting a case that will protect the laptop if you drop It thats why I gave it a three since if you do drop it I can't promise the computer won't be damaged. I bought a MacBook sleeve/ computer bag to protect it if it were to get dropped which I pray and cross my fingers it never will since I just paid $2,000 for it. The colors on this case are so vibrant and beautiful and Im so happy I got it! its well worth the money.

Just got a new computer so I needed to get a case. I ordered this one which I think is super cute and also super sturdy. I have never reviewed anything on amazon but i love this so much and it has a cool feel to it. The case fits fine, I have the 2017 Macbook Pro model A1708. So happy with this purchase! This is much better than I expected, and the colors are even more vibrant in person than the pictures I took. I also love that there is a cut out to show the apple since this model does not light up.

I really like how this case looks, its so cute! of course its more for scratches and such, the bottom protection doesn't extend to the back edges so if you drop it there it'll be dented for sure lol so just don't drop it and buy a carrying case too!! haha but super cute colors. BUTTT Also when opening it the little clip kind of pops off when you lift the screen... so just being mindful of that too, I don't mind it too much but you might.

this cover is absolutely gorgeous!! with soft velvet like touch which is super nice! the only reason i gave 4 stars is that i wish top cover would have color/paint/design on the edges. when you look at it from the side its kinda white and have no color to it which is a bit weird. also when i open/close my laptop it makes this clicking sound like cover is getting stuck on something somewhere (although i looked and dont see where it can be coming from so idk) But other than that i really like this cover...will see how well it does and how long it lasts:) i just got it like 10 mins ago so can't judge its durability just yet.

Just got the 2018 MacBook Air 2018 with Retina display and wanted a hard shell so it doesn't get scratched in my purse. I ordered this case because it's a simple design and has my favorite colors, but when I opened it, it was more of a black, light purple & purple color instead of what was described as black, white & grey.

I LOVE the lid cover - the material is super soft to the touch. My previous cover was slick and would slip out of my hand. This one is more tactile - you'll understand if you get it. Do I think it's worth the cost? I do think it's about $5 over what I should've or wanted to pay, but I dug the print. It's breathed new life into my MacBook Pro. Thanks!

I had asked for a return before opening the package. It looks beautiful but not a rugged type that it's described. I cancel that return, and decided to keep it anyway.One week, and I'm still trying to install it in my MacBook Pro 15". If it fits on one edge of the screen, it doesn't on the other. I got it close enough, but keeps on popping out. If I continue forcing it, I'm going to end up with a damage screen.I have owned these type of MacBook Pro covers ever since I purchase my first MBP 11 years ago. Never had a an issue installing one. I would suggest you look at a different brand. Me, I'm stuck with the $20 I paid for this one which will go to the trash.

The case needs to be cleaned every so often.I would like to mention that I bought this exact case on March 7, 2019, and it is now over a year that I have it.The case itself doesn't show any signs of wear and tear. Sometimes it will unhinge if I hold my MacBook at a weird angle. It's worrisome that it may crack, has become loose, or that every time it needs to be rehinged I am somehow damaging my laptop.Well, I've come to have a lot of time on my hands and with the SARS-COV2 living on surfaces I paid close attention to cleaning my MacBook and case. I would also like to mention that I bought this case shortly after I got my MacBook and the time was really short.I found out that the crevices (or useless air-holes on the bottom) actually allows for dirt to get in. It has accumulated a significant amount. My assumption is that this is actually due to the design in which its not completely tight to the MacBook.The case needs to be cleaned every so often. If not, from my observation, it seems that the accumulated dirt has caused some damage to my MacBook. It's hard to explain the bizzare thought that the damage came from the pressure of the case onto the dirt to my MacBook but that what it seems like with these scratches. I live alone as well and am careful with my things.I feel like this could have been avoided if I paid more attention to cleaning the case. Added responsibility.Also, I am curious to find out if these cases actually work if dropped...

Recently, I had a child drop my new laptop (Macbook Pro 2019 - 13 inch). AH. Heart attack. I immediately went on amazon and searched for a laptop case. I absolutely love the look and the feel. Super easy to install, all you have to do is apply a little bit of pressure to get the small clips onto the laptop. The clips are small enough that they don't bother me or scratch my hands as I type. The texture on the top isn't as rubbery as I thought it would be, but it's got some grip. The back is open for all the ports and no material is covering the air way on the bottom back, this I appreciate.Great buy, definitely recommend. Super fast shipping too - next day shipping.

I made sure to purchase the proper model. The top part fits perfectly. The bottom part slides on fine but it does not stay in place because there aren't any clips on the back of it to hold it in place, so it keeps sliding off and I have to adjust it literally every time I use it. I have two different versions of this case because the first one I ordered was slightly broken when it arrived so I got a refund and bought another one, but both cases have the issue of the bottom part not fitting correctly. I've been using this case for a month and a half now and I thought I would get used to it but it's annoyed me even more that the bottom part doesn't stay in place. So now I'll make sure the bottom part has clips on the back next time I buy a case, but none from this company have that.

Me gustó mucho el producto. Es tal cual se muestra en la imagen; la nitidez del gráfico es muy buena, tomando en cuenta que el material del case no es 100% suave pero tampoco es rugoso. Más bien parece una pintura sobre piedra. Por lo demás, protege muy bien la lap, no está flojo de ningún lado e incluso mis alumnos se sorprenden de que sea un case y no un skin. Todos los que me ven con lap dicen que se ve genial y me preguntan dónde la conseguí. Yo recomiendo esta compra. La relación calidad-precio es excepcional. El envío llegó en tiempo y forma.

I like that it came on time, like two days before the actual arrival date. People have been commenting on how good it looks. So, yeah, if want a good case that snuggly fits, get this one!

I purchased this back in January and now it has slowly disintegrated Piece by piece is has fallen apart.I have not dropped my laptop for the case to break like this.The design is nice but the material is done durable at all.

I got this case today.This is a really great case, beautiful. The only problem is it arrived scratched and you have to pay to return it which is unfortunate. Disappointed to be stuck with a scuffed new case.It otherwise looks great.

I loved how this case looks! I was surprised to see that the Apple logo is carved out so that you can see it with the case on unlike other laptop cases where it covers the logo.

I just wish the back was less blurry. It’s a nice case doesn’t Have any smudges after use and it’s smooth.

Received my package yesterday and was disappointed to find out that the case cutout for the apple logo didn't align properly. As you can see from the photo, some silver parts of my laptop is revealed.

It did not fit my MacBook Air 2019 seamlessly and left a ledge on the bottom part of the case. It also did not stay secure.
