SwarovskiChristmas Set, A.E. 2019 Ornament, Crystal

Have been treating myself every fall with the annual 3 star Swarovski Crystal Star set for several years. Always very happy with the product, and the price on Amazon tends to be less expensive than a direct order from Swarovski.

Have been collecting the large Christmas ornament for twenty years. Look forward to it each year. Started collecting the small Christmas ornament since they were marketed.

It was beautiful as always but not as intricate as in years past.

Product is perfect but package was damaged by poor choice of padded envelope. Collector box that is part of overall item was damaged. Actual crystal is in perfect condition.Again, just the blue triangle shaped collector box (cardboard) was damaged. Crystal is fine.

Product was great, but sent in an envelope which caused gift box to be damaged -- item itself is OK, but the box is not.

I buy the Snowflake/Star every Christmas for years. Love the look of a tree full of them with white lights.

I like the cut of the ornament and when someone passes away, I send the spouse or family member one of the three as a memory of their loved one as a new star in heaven.

Although the product turned up unharmed and was very pretty, the all important box, which collectors also prize, was damaged due to being forced into a cardboard envelope which has no compression protection. Really bad for the price. Returned.

WOW... so impressed and delighted to receive my Swarovski Stars, packaged with so much care and delivered two weeks before I even anticipated them. Thank You!
