After going to a local clinic to pay for sessions I decided to purchase a set for my own use at home. Highly recommended for recovery, especially during marathon training.Pros: effective compression, speeds up recovery, relaxing, easy-to-use, portable, battery operated and AC charged.Cons: price (definitely an investment)

This is a great great system. Very compact and easy the use. The connection are simple and easy to set up, breakdown and store. The system is cordless so it makes it convenient to use anywhere but the battery does take time to get a full charge so you must take that into consideration. I have found the leg system similar to a light massage. It is very refreshing after a long day on your feet it a good workout. The hip is good but maybe a little less effective than the legs. I have not tried the arm. Ultimately I love the convenience of being able to get this kind of relief in the comfort of my home whenever I want it.

The machine stopped working after 6 months, not what I expected after a $2,400 purchase. It’s constantly reading “error” and also not pumping air into the entire compressions. If the seller could please contact me that would be great. Aplenzo3223@gmail.com

This is a great tool to aid recovery after long runs. My wife and I are training for our first marathon and this has been very helpful is soothing tired legs and sore hips.

Love these boots for recovery after long runs, workouts, and races. The hip part requires laying down to use. It doesn’t replace a deep tissue massage but definitely helps your legs feel fresher and better recovered.
