I invested my money into a better chair since the other chair I bought broke down within a month and a half. That's what I get for being cheap. Now the build quality of the chair has significant benefits that I see so far. The head resting part is extremely comfy as it does work kinda like a spring. It's not a firm cushion but kind of a supporting web of mesh that leans back as you lay your head down. I'm on the short side at 5'8 but it does work VERY well with that height.Now for the back support. It also uses the same concept of mesh support which allows you to sink in so you feel very secure in it.Ultimately, the chair is a bit more on the pricey side but rightfully so. The metal legs roll very smoothly on my floor with a simple push while I can lean back on the chair to take quick naps when I get tired from work. It's a great chair for a workaholic like me that live in their chairs.

The chair in of itself is well built. The cushion, however, is subpar and not sufficient for more than an hour or two of sitting; very uncomfortable cushion (bottoms out) feels like setting on a board. Plan to purchase another cushion to put on it to see if I can make it work. The other chair I ordered from Xuer got lost in transit; funny thing is they both showed up same day after Amazon couldn’t provide visibility to potential delivery and had refunded that one which I now have to take to a facility and ship back. May return this one as well and add a few bucks for a different purchase. Disappointing.

Received the chair. While instructions were minimal for setting it up, went together fairly smoothly. For me, the lumbar support and headrest were never in great positions, but in places that were good enough to leave them.Big reason for the one star review, just after owning the chair for two months, the back completely fell off and sent me for a tumble. The chair is now completely unusable in its current state, just lucky I did not get hurt when this occurred.

Purchased this chair in January 2020. It is nowmay and chair snapped in half. Have attempted to contact company and received no response. Chair is supposed to be warrantied for 24 months!!! Dont waste your time or money!

I am really happy with the chair after the first week of using it. I was searching for a full-back, 3d armrest chair, and this chair just cover everything I wanted for a significantly lower price than a Hernan Miller. I would totally recommend this chair.

Good chair for price.

Bought as second desk chair. Really good product for what I paid. Comfortable. Moves easily.
