This tea is amazing it has a nice smell it will definitely relax you and for me it has helped with falling asleep and stress definitely one of my favorite finds I first came across this at Whole Foods been checking if I can find it anywhere else because Whole Foods sells it for $5.40 definitely a good deal on Amazon

I am always trying new teas. This one was good but not my favorite. I will probably keep some on hand for the calming of chamomile. I could do without if needed. Not like some others that I will definitely not run out of.
