Oh, where to start? Let's see, the color is much more pink than the purplish pink shown. It's a few shades lighter than peptobismal pink.Putting this together is somewhat of a nightmare. A few of the pieces were completely wrong, as we're the placement of holes. We had to force and improvise in a few spots while putting it together because the screws and holes were all wrong. Should have listened to the reviews about this. Assembly didn't take a horribly long time, but I have a very handy husband who knew how to fix the difficult areas with wrong parts.Now here's the main issue for me. It's longer than most twin beds. So there's a huge gap between the mattress and the footboard kr headboard. Also the mattress CONSTANTLY slides around and sometimes off the side. This drives us crazy. I spend all day adjusting my daughter's bed. It's incredibly annoying and given all the trouble of this thing I would have rather spent a tiny bit more for a better product. There are products of equal price that are probably better.It is cute, but it's a lot of trouble.

It’s cute and functional, but not the best quality. Two pieces came with rust. I contacted customer service from RackKids. They sent replacement pieces, but the service rep I spoke with was rude. I would not buy this brand again.***Update- its has been over a week since I ordered the replacement pieces. I received a tracking number same day, but it hasn’t even left the warehouse. They have horrible customer service. I’m considering returning the bed completely and ordering another brand.

Arrived promptly with no scratches and all the screws were there. Assembly is surprisingly simple. I was rather nervous to purchase the bed because I am a single mother and I am not good at putting things together but I had no problems understanding the instructions. The only thing I did have a hard time with was getting two screws to fit. My six old loves it! Good quality specially for the price! I recommend it for anyone looking to purchase a bed for a young child. I also recommend it for single mothers. One person is able to assemble.

I bought this bed in 2015 when my daughter was 4 and she still has it at 9. We will be upgrading in the near future but this bed frame has been good to us.

Bought two of these for my 2 and 3 year olds and am very happy. It's low enough to the ground where the can easily get on/off and I don't have to worry about them landing hard in case they fall off the bed. Was very easy to put together. There were some slight scuffs on the paint but isn't very noticeable at all. I live in Hawaii and was pleasantly surprised to find that this shipped. A lot of other options I looked at did not. If you need a sturdy bed and are on a budget, this is it!

Love it. PERFECT for daughter. Put it together in minutes. Great quality. It isn't squeaky like I was worried about. I got the"Signature Sleep Essential 6-Inch Twin Mattress" to go with this and its perfect for a child. I did lay on it and its not thick enough for an adult to be super comfy. But it works! I can't believe I got a mattress and frame for 150 bucks. Such a great deal!

Little over a year this bed is junk. The ends bend and have to be tightened weekly. Or it will fold into itself. And one piece with fit at all. Do not buy. It's trash. If you do make sure you're up on your tetanus vaccinations. It's rusted out as well.

I like this bed overall, the only downsides are that the screws keep coming loose so the whole thing wobbles and I have to tighten it back up (it squeaks loudly when it's loose too!). But it holds my sons bed just fine and even tolerates his jumping! It was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough.
