States there is 3gb of ram, which would be plenty enough speed for me. But as you can see by images ram is actually 1.9, which with running this version of android it is just not enough to keep from the thing being slugish especially watching videos.The Sim cards, most cellular companies want an IMEID number and they all tell me it is not compatable. I tried All GSM and CDMA carriers. I know I could probably go down and just get a tmobile sim card but I have a feeling service is not going to be that great due to reception.

I bought this tablet looking for a larger screen without losing the features most used in more expensive tablets, and this model does deliver. The tablet is fully compatible with Android apps, including Kindle, and the battery does support extended video to the tune of around 7 hours. The larger display enables a larger keypad display, which I really like, and also for the price-point the processor speed seems to be faster than tablets multiple times the price. I've really been enjoying the larger display, fast processing speed, battery life and compatibility with modern android features this tablet offers. I did cut away a piece of the case that inhibited access to the power & volume buttons. Also, the back cover seems a bit loose around the card slots and ports. I slipped an external card over the slot between the case and the card port and almost lost the card altogether. And care must be taken when inserting the charging cable to prevent pulling out the back cover in the process. Also, one notification appears in Japanese or Chinese, which evokes sort of a cheap feel to the interface. But with those things said, the benefits of a large, fast tablet with a high-capacity batter make this model well worth the price-point. It has delivered as advertised - a remarkable tablet especially for the price!

I'm returning mine because it crashed and wouldn't respond. I had numerous issues with it. The standard sim card slot 1 didn't work and the standard sim card got scratched so AT&T had to look in the back for another standard sim card and try it in sim card slot 2. It wouldn't read the sim and the kind man at AT&T kept trying until it worked. The camera in the back is too far to the side so you can't take good centered shots. Both cameras are poor quality. The browser home page is in a foreign language and you can't change it to English. I tried contacting the supplier customer service but no response. Every day it asked for updates to everything which cut into my cell data usage. The battery doesn't last a full day. I strongly urge you not to buy this. At first I was excited because customer service from the supplier said I'd receive a FREE keyboard and mouse ( which I never got btw ) so I thought they would be responsive and diligent but after it crashed after less than one week, I realized this phablet has alot of issues and is not a good one. I have to admit this is the first bad review I've ever given on something I bought from Amazon. This was extremely disappointing. Now my pics are on the phablet with no way to remove them and also I set up Netflix on it as well and will have to try and transfer that account to another device. Btw, it crashed on memorial Day holiday,just when you want to send videos to your loved ones. Thankfully I still have my smartphone to communicate with them because the phone on the phablet is not accessible because of the system crash. Please don't buy this. I'm sorry to have to say that but I don't want anyone else to experience what I did.

This tablet is so slow on WiFi and cellular data. I never use it waste of my money.

I like the tablet case that comes with it. And we tested the camera and photo quality is ok. The camera has flashing. Also it seems like you can make phone call from the tablet. I

I have had several Samsung tablets but this one beats them all. It is faster, the colors are bright , stays charged longer than any other that I have had. I read in bed a lot and sometimes I just relax and play games. I really love it.

I would of given it more than 3 stars if more apps worked instead of closing on their own as soon as you load one. The graphics are incredible but the apps closing is a sad sad feature, if I had of thought it would happen I never would of got this tablet, battery is not great.
