I really like these shorts for walking and exercising. When you take them off you can feel the extra sweat from working out. They feel very comfortable and snug but not tight.

I usually get a large for bottoms but this runs big the medium fits better especially if you want a better effect while working out in them

I got a 3x, it's super tight but I guess that's the point right. BUT , if you have on fake nails it's hard to grip it and pull it over your stomach for me. And also hard to put on after my shower but I guess the tightness is the POINT. But just wish it was a tiny bit bigger

I ordered up a size because neoprene is usually a bit difficult to put on. Fit great, and I was comfortable running in them. Very well made.

I wear a size 10-12 so I ordered a large. I could not get them on. I would recommend ordering 2 sizes up.

I have a petite figure but pear-shaped body so my hips and thighs are really out of proportion and I'm I'm not a fan. My waist is 26-27" and hips maybe 36-37". I'm normally a size 6 in bottoms so I bought small but they're slighty loose in the thigh area, there's maybe a half inch gap between my thigh and the fabric. I'm not sure if that will affect how well this works since this is my very first pair of sauna shorts, but overall they're really comfy to wear, even just for daily wear.Other stuff: love the deep side pocket that fits my entire phone, subtle plastic smell but doesn't bother me, doesn't roll down and is high waisted

Good quality product. I waited a week to make sure these do what they are suppose to. They are made well, comfortable and really make you sweat especially during your workouts! They are a little noisy as you move but that is to be expected of this type of material. I ordered an XL but probably should have ordered a LG as these were quite a bit loose on me. A tighter fit would have been better and then I could probably wear them under yoga pants to mute the noise of the pants. I am a med in yoga style pants, anywhere from a 6-10 in reg pants depending on brand, lol. I would definitely recommend these to help boost your workouts and lose some water weight.
