Fantastic replacement battery for about 6 months.
I was going to buy a new vacuum, then I decided to try a battery replacement. My vacuum works better and longer than it did when it was brand new. I saved about $250! Yay me!!Well it’s 6 months later and the battery no longer holds a charge for more than 30 seconds. Bummer.

Does what it should do
The battery works well and holds a charge longer than the original. It seems to have the same amount of power as the original. I did notice the trigger has to be pulled harder to keep it turned on, but overall satisfied with my purchase.

So far so good for 20
Bought this to replace a dead battery. I recently got newer model -v8- to replace dead 4 year old v6. Got curious what to do with the old unit and thought maybe get a cheap replacement battery and test out. Tested out just fine. Now old v6 with this battery is my backup. I still have doubts whether this can last as long as my original one that lasted 4 years, but at $20, might be worth keeping it as backup. For now, good hold and no loss of power. Time will tell, though my seldom use of this unit might give incomplete testing and results

Over-advertised, mediocre quality, questionably durability
The product advertised to be replacement for original 2100 mAh battery. Not even close: I ran two tests and the results are way below the specs (if you can call product description a spec). On both tests fully charged 3000 mAh battery lasted at full power for about 7 minutes (2-2.5 rooms). After that the power dropped by about 50% and was hardly sucking for another 5-6 minutes before it died completely. Not even close to advertised time. In addition, it was shutting off for a fraction of a second during entire cleaning process. My 3-year old original battery with much less capacity lasted for much longer. I gave 1 star for prompt shipping and packaging. Returning the battery with recommendation to Amazon to discontinue the product.

Good fit and easy swap. Gave new life to my Dyson.

this was not a original battery as suggested.
I ordered this battery on 8/28/19 order no 113/4619606/1667404 and the battery failed on 11/17/19.I would like a refund or a replacement. Battery has a 6 month replacement . I don't see vender replacing battery as promised Send replacement to Jim Destefano at 20876 loggia court Venice fl 34293.
