The family parrot really doesn't like fingers, so I picked up these gloves hoping I could change his mind. The cow-hide gloves are too thick for him to bite through - hasn't stopped him from trying, mind you, but for my purposes these gloves work great. No guarantees it would stop a bite from something big like a macaw or a cockatoo, but its fit for my purposes.

I have three cockatiels, and two are friendly, but the third tends to be a bit more feisty. He will bite if I try to catch him. These gloves enable me to hold him and protect my hands from being bitten and bloodied. I’m happy with this purchase!

They are too big , but keeping them because can still pick up male cockatiel and his bite does not hurt.

So happy to have found these gloves! Training our Cockatiel will be much less difficult.

They were too short just barely to wrist not as shown!

So I bought tease thinking my acquiesce could not bite threw them boy was I wrong he bite a hole in the glove I should be aloud to return them as there suppose to be bite proof

I actually had to double up on these to not get my hands bloody. So now I only have one hand covered. I don't think its worth it to buy a second pair because of this reason. They also had a few snags on arrival. Not sure if they had been used or not. Anyway, too late to return.

The only thing I don’t like about the gloves is that the fit a little weird and the end of the finger doesn’t fit quite right other than that I love them

This product did not work at all.I have a quaker parrot and he was able to bite through them .Sent them back right away.
