Where can I get the ceiling ring mount that holds the diffuser and tube in place?

It comes with the light, if not check with the company or check on e-bay .

Will this fit into my 12" solatube? They don't seem to make replacements for a 12" solatube.

I would guess no. It is about 13" total but the hanging hooks are in from the outside of the ring, so the 12" would probably run into/cover one or all of the hooks.
