He put together a great ebook based on his videos. There is no way you can screw this up as long as you pay attention and have some basic skills. There is great satisfaction in making this project. I think (I could be and am often wrong) he didn't talk through the concept of picking parts that are aligned with the voltage you want to use (12 or 24v), why you need a diode (still not 100% sure but I did it anyway) what spec of valve to get (I got one that was AC/DC and 12-110v... so it seems not to GAF what voltage it gets, but it's good to be specific) and one thing to note is some valves may have an amperage above the random power supply you have. I picked a 4A so I would know for sure I had the draw to make it work. But I did get it working quickly. I wish he talked about a little on testing the relay output voltage on a multimeter. So you know it will actuate something.This is a good foundation for a motion sensor activated anything. Hook up a small motor and it can run a pully, or a little fan or send voltage to any device to make it do something. I would also pick up a sensor relay variety pack on amazon and try different things! If you want this to only spray when a dog pees on a spot, use a rain drop sensor relay! If you want a spot watered when it gets too hot, use a thermal relay sensor! This is a great way to learn and teach electronics and honestly, if he did explain everything, I wouldn't get the chance to troubleshoot and learn about how and WHY it works. Thanks man!

I was pleasantly surprised at how clear and thought out the entire book is. The author did an excellent job and even included alternative builds to his cat sprayer. Very impressed!

Great if you are looking for options of pest removal. The author clearly put a lot of thought and time into this.

It's ok. Works usually. Everything comes from China so it takes forever to get the parts.

I purchased this book after watching Craig's hilarious videos. It has links to the various parts and pieces you need to order however, the links do not work when using the kindle app on the iPad. Additionally the book cant be opened by the Kindle Cloud reader.
