This spray was a total relief in my postpartum recovery. The feeling of freshness and anesthesia is almost immediate and helps a lot with discomfort, irritation and burning. I liked that it is soft, does not irritate and is very easy to apply even when you are sore. I used it after going to the bathroom and it really helped me feel more comfortable and be able to move more calmly during the first few days. If you are postpartum, this becomes essential. I recommend having it ready before giving birth because it makes a big difference

Had a major tear after giving birth, and this healing foam got me through the pain and misery for the first few weeks of healing. I'd pump a few pumps onto my pad every time I'd change it, and it brought me immediate relief. It felt cool and clean, didn't leave reside, and helped with smell and preventing infection. Great value for the money. The size is more than enough. Used it at least 4 times a day for over two weeks and I still have 1/3 of it left.
