A good non-metallic baking sheet
We used to use some cheap non-stick baking sheets that finally got to a point where they looked rather scary. Not happy with the idea of getting a replacement set, we looked into alternatives.Pros:- Even heating and it retains heat very well.- Cleans up easily.Cons:- Can't use this with a broiler or direct heat. Don't throw out all your metal baking sheets!- I feel like I have to treat this very gently. I don't know if that's fair or not, but I don't think I want to find out.

It's great
Got this for my mom as a birthday present and she LOVES it. It was relatively inexpensive and works wonderfully. Just make sure you clean it properly and it will last you!

Perfect!
I have been trying to get away from nonstick bakeware and this is the perfect baking sheet. Cookies brown up perfectly, nothing sticks, and clean-up is a breeze. I love it!

Haeger stoneware is great!
I switched to stone bakeware a few years ago when I started trying to get away from aluminum bakeware since stone is a much healthier option. I love my 10 x 15.5 baking sheets and use them for everything from baking cookies to cooking meats and potatoes. It makes the texture of everything better. The taste and texture is noticeable better when cooking with this bakeware over regular bakeware, even William Sonoma's. To clean I have a scraper that I just scrape the food off. If necessary, I'll let water sit in it to loosen the food. Then it scrapes clean easily. I then use a small piece of wet paper towel to get anything remaining and then I do a final rinse. I shake off the excess water and then put back in my oven wet to finish drying. (My oven is not turned on when I put it back in.) I do not use soap as stone is porous. In case I cooked something with a strong order and the pan still has the smell after washing, I will bake it at 350 for about 15 or 20 minutes to get the smell out. (I've only had to do that a couple of times.)Haeger stoneware is a much better value compared to Pampered Chef and I like it better. I only have a fluted cake pan of Pampered Chef that I used a few times a year and it cracked in only a few years. I use these pans several times a week and I've had them for years and they are still holding up great!Haeger is also a family company that has been making their products in the USA since 1871!I'm buying more of these as a gift and I plan to get the muffin pans as well!

Works amazingly well for baking potatoes, salmon, cookies ...
Works amazingly well for baking potatoes, salmon, cookies, you name it. We got it to reduce our use of Teflon cookware and much prefer it over them now.
