A Good Resource For Restorations or Tuning
I bought this book for a 1971 Honda CL175 I was restoring. Book is well organized and provides plenty of images of the bikes for reference. I was able to complete the restoration largely using this book and an OEM parts listing (which had exploded views of all the specific assemblies). About my only complaint with this and other similar Clymer manuals, is that they don't include enough torque specifications for all of the assemblies. Even a general reference torque chart (torque listings by fastener type & size) would be helpful. Other than that, I find them generally indispensable. When it comes to rebuilding 40+ year old bikes, you can never have enough information!

My son is restoring an old Scrambler and loves how thorough the book is and how detailed the diagrams are!

Great starting point
Good basic information to get started with your own service and/or restoration. Recommended as a supplement to the factory manual.
