Excellent system
Initial review as only had it for a couple of days.So far we are really impressed. We had an existing QSee unit that stopped working so not wanting to guess what was broken bought a whole new system. Plugged our existing cameras into the new DVR and everything is working great. We are replacing the old cameras as we go with the Wandwoo ones but for now have just added a couple for extra coverage. Really easy to install and set up. Had to contact customer service via email for a password issue and had a response in 3 hours.The pic I attached shows the difference in quality from the Qsee camera which is 03 and the new Wandwoo which is 06. Absolutely night and day for clarity and brightness. Love the facial recognition it has and will be playing around with the sound and image recording. So far am very impressed.

Great pics; Poor customer service
Camera system has excellent picture quality day and night. However the user manual is lacking in giving a "novice" user like myself enough information to set up the system. As for technical support, forget about that too. Talked with "Sia" and was eventually disconnected with her. Then opened a chat with "Eric" who could not answer my question regarding the sensitivity of the cameras and how to enter my cell phone into the system. The problem we're having is that even on the "lowest" sensitivity setting the cameras are still sending motion alerts. (As many as 32 in one hour.) I have been told that it should only pick up large animals and humans on that setting. Don't be fooled by the great price and the 5K camera quality. If you can't get your problems answers by technicians then you are on your own.

There are better ones on the market.
Received the product and it was packaged adequately to protect contents. Installed cables and connected 6 of 8 cameras. All six worked at first. Could not get system to rotate through single screen shot. Tried contacting seller after 1 week no response. Now camera number 3 has stopped. It is too much effort to remove cables through attic so try to make this system do what I need to do.

Dedicated customer support
We had an issue with our system not recording at first. I contacted support and spoke with Mia. She was very helpful and dedicated to helping us resolve our issue. She was able to get us a new DVR sent out and helped us get it running!

worked great for a little over a year.
This item was purchased a little over a year ago. It had been working properly but, now it will not let you view it remotely. It only works on wifi at the residence, and says device is offline when trying to look at cameras through phone app.

Great camera's
Great camera's and tech support was very helpful the lady that helped me really took the time to help learn how the system works. I Highly recommend this company!

Clear and sharp in daylight, reasonable good at night, Excellent customer service.
Video is clear and sharp in daylight, reasonable good at night. P6SLite app is very good to view cameras remotely. Excellent customer service - Mia, responses quickly and straight to the point. It’s unknown for a long run, time will tell, but so far, the system is very good. Highly recommend.
