This camera was very inexpensive, so I had no issue taking the risk to try it. It works just like the older one I have, but has back view with second small camera. It does the job most of the time.Imperfections:I should say that the quality of the back camera is very bad, can’t see plates. I’ll most likely put my old 1080 camera at the back instead.The camera worked for about a week, then gave error message to format the card again. Can’t say yet if this issue is going to be ongoing. UPDATE: dash cam turns off recording as it’s pleased, every week or two stops recording and asks to format memory card. Tried 32Gb and 64Gb - same issue.These cameras should have rechargeable battery to keep recording for some time without power. Not the case. Settings suggest it could record for another couple minutes - not the case, shuts off after some 10 seconds as not enough power.

I am surprised this dashcam works as well as it does. The picture is clear for both day and night. The field of view is narrow at 120. It's easy to operate but I tend to press buttons when removing the camera from the dash and connecting the power cord. The power cord is just under the suction cup so it is hard to insert and remove. Having the cord at the top does keep the cord out of the way. Records sound well without much engine noise. For the price, I consider this dash camera a super deal. I have it record in 2 minute clips and I have the screen blank after 30 seconds. I bought another camera at the same price and it performs terrible compared to this camera.The colors were too vivid for me on Auto so I set the color to Pale and now it looks more natural.

First of all, the recording is very stable, it runs even my car is parking. This makes me feel safe all the time. I used it to record what happens both on the road and in the car. I'm starting to drive uber/lyft, and this camera gives me feel more protected. Highly recommend for the people driving uber or lyft. The seller provided a 32GB TF card, which really saved me a lot of time and expense, which is really a great driving recorder.Secondly, the video is high resolution no matter in the day or at night. You can see the details in the video. For this price, I think it is amazing.Lastly, again, very easy to set up and start to use. No brainer can use this camera and the default setting is way enough for us to use. at least in my car, it was very easy to hide the wires, making it very easy to install. The instructions give you a very good understanding of how to troubleshoot any problems you may run into. The option to use USB or 12V Cigarette lighter to power the device is a huge help. Just make sure that the power outlet for USB is at least 5V if you chose to use your own.My overall feeling is really positive. I would give it 5 stars.

Haven't put it to the test, but it looks rock solid and easy to install. Will provide an update once it's up and running.Edit: 12.9.2019 - Decent little dash cam. Video quality is ok, but can use some improvement. The body of the camera, however, is a different subject. Feels like it's made out of metal and is a little on the heavy side. If you were to accidentally drop it, I THINK (don't quote me), it will take the fall. Haven't put it to that test and prefer not to, but do know it's solidly made. Only thing I cannot figure out is how to use the loop recording. It doesn't write over old videos, so I have to format the card every time it gets maxed out. Even with the two minor issues I have with the cam, I would still leave it as 5 stars because of the material the cam is made from. I would recommend this to tech savvy people who are on a budget, but not for technically challenge people.

Installation for the front camera was super easy. After placing an sd card in going through the setup all we had to do was plug it in and go. The picture is clear even at night! Major points for that. There were no instructions for the rear camera so that is still in the box (that a why not 5 stars)..so we are still waiting for seller to email a response on how the set up the rear and we will be all set!

Quality of picture is very good. Easy to install but the arm that holds the camera doesn’t have the suction cup style holder so once you place holder on your windshield that’s it you can not move it around. The buttons aren’t labeled so you have to rely on instructions. The screen has a sharp picture. I would recommend this product if your looking for basic camera.

Woah. Didnt expect it to be that great. The video quality is actually really good. Better than on th iphone X. Easy installation. It starts recording as soon as I start the car. And finishes when I remove the key. The only flaw is that dont delete old files by itself (like FIFO) and can stop recording in the middle of the road whit error on screen. 16GB card enough for around 4 hours FHD 30fps video long.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but thought this time I had to. First of all, the listing is very deceiving. It says that the dash cam comes with a suction cup type mount and a 32 gb micro sd card, neither came with the product. I have contacted onreal direct many time but they didn't address the issue. I went ahead and ordered suction cup mounts from Amazon, the fit was not good at all and the cam shakes over bumps. Also, in the item description, it says the cam has super night vision & WRD technology. I have to say that using the cam at night is completely useless, you literally cannot see anything upon playback. I contacted them again about this issue thinking my product may be defective and sent a clip of my video. Because of Amazon's privacy concerns, onreal sent me a direct email address and any emails I send come back to me undeliverable. I have only used it 3 times and it's now back in the box, completely worthless.
