I was looking for a pretty, yet light weight option to place my dot journal on for work. This stand came quickly, was intact and damage free, and is very light. It looks just like the photos which is a blessing. The wood kick piece that stands it up is a little flimsy, but it works great for my journal. I love it!

This book holder is sturdier than I expected. I do worry a little bot about the strength of the clips that hold the pages down but so far they have been fine.

While I would rather this stand have some kind of waterproof finish on it, I do love the gradient of brown staining and coloring, which allows it to complement my kitchen of various shades of browns.I purchased this to hold my huge binder containing all my recipes, keeping it upright and out of the way, so my daughters and I may cook or bake easily. I then found it to be perfect in holding my large Bible at the table or counter area, keeping it hands-free for reading and study.It was a great price as well!

To start with, this little book stand is an excellent design! I bought it for my college student, and it works very well. Highly portable too. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the screw that holds the page clip broke within minutes of opening the item. It's still functional, but it was a bit of a bummer.

Love this piece, although it does have a deep profile.Putting it on a small countertop can take up a lot of space .Great for the dining table.

I don't write many reviews, but when I do they are usually good. However, I felt I needed to review this product one some negatives as well.Pros:-Lightweight-Collapsible-Holds a few sheets of paperCons:-Almost every screw was loose or sticking out-The legs to hold book pages are week and do not hold a 500 page paperback over-I would never trust putting my laptop on it as they advertise in the description.-Takes up a large area of my desk-Looks like a 9 year old made it at summer camp-In the picture of the corner, you can see light on the inside and bottom edge which means someone forgot to add glue... Refer back to not putting a laptop on it.

This is the perfect stand for home and travel. I has multiple positions and folds flat for transport. I love this stand!

I like the adjustable height and metal pieces that could hold a cookbook open, though so far I have just used the stand with my laptop. It feels strong and sturdy enough to hold up a book or laptop, but also folds down easily for storage. I am also glad there was an affordable option not made of plastic.
