**Q: Return policy?**
A: I have no idea. Amazon usually lets you send ASAP and credits when the package is scanned by carrier

**Q: Can anyone give me an educated guess as to what size a boy who wears a size 14 pant should order**
A: My son has size 28. Wears size 14 slim pants. They are supposed to fit tight but not cut into you or your breathing! But different manufacturers sizes fit differently. My sons size 28 are Speedo jammers.

**Q: My son is 10yo with a 31 inch waistline. What size is best?**
A: I'd probably go with the size 30.  My son is 9 1/2 and about 4'9" and the 30's are good.  He likes the 28's, but I think they are too tight on him.  Hope this helps.

**Q: What is the difference between these and the speedo learn to swim ones?**
A: Not sure about the speedo learn, but the jammer swimsuit if for kids that swim year round. They are very comfy I bought several pairs for my grandson and he loves wearing them for swimming 4 days a week or using them at his pool at home
