Handy for organizing miscellaneous items in my car, they don't hit the floor or get lost under the seat!
I needed something I could sit in the floorboard or empty seat and put things in so they don't slide around while driving... this works just fine. I liked that it has pockets for maps or my little writing tablet or books, CD's or whatever. The other thing is that I can fold it up and slide it under the seat when not in use. It's held up very well. I can load it up and sit it on the counter ready to go when I am heading out again.
