Good for older people to keep mobile, with relative safety
Bought this for my 85 year old mum who felt that her arthritis was making her seize up, particularly during lockdown. She loves it. The resistance is minimal, so not sure if it would suit someone more used to gym resistance equipment but she feels it helps with keeping joints moving. the arm pulls are probably the strongest resistance. The pic shows this sitting on edge of bed as an option, but I do think a chair with a back is less risky for bad posture and consequent problems in not taking care of this when exercising. Nicely made and very good value for the money. Takes up minimal space too and looks quite neat.

Disappointed
Find this very uncomfortable to use as have to sit on edge of chair to be able to use legs and arms at same time. Handles too far forward and this puts stress on lower back. Bought to keep fit during Coronavirus lock down but doubt I will be using it other than for legs.
