This was extender was exactly as described and shipped fast but unfortunately the bottom ball ring broke before it ever got a chance to be used. The material the sheath is made from feels great but the bottom should be reinforced because it needs to be stretched over the testicles. The holes for the penis and testicles should be larger. Even with lube, it broke. There is no way to contact the seller so I am in hopes they see this review and fix the manufacturing issue.

Makes my (6-7 inch length, with about 1 and 1/4 inch girth penis) out to be like an (8-9 inch length, with 1 and 3/4 inch girth penis) some added girth when it's put on, but adds mostly length. However if you have little girth when hard it could fit just right or even loosely, and if you already have a good amount of girth, it may fit tightly or not at all, buyer beware!

looks the same but is not 9 inches

It was fun while it lasted but, after about 30 minutes of use, the elastic band that goes around the boys to hold it in place snapped. ....painfully.
