I thought they'd be a bit smaller.

Since they don't leak, they can be laid on their side but it is still inconvenient not to have them stand on end.

Great bottle quality. Plastic isn't flimsy and most importantly the pump works well. I have used 6 of the 12 so far and they are all of good consistent quality. Much better than the other cheaper versions I have tried as the other straws bit tends to be too narrow and inhibits the form pump. This is a lovely product.
