This unit was delivered 1st time busted. 2nd unit was good upon arrival. Unboxed it and plugged it in...... omg is this thing a rattling noise maker... and I mean LOUD!!!!! It does remove a lot of water in my home, but being in the same room with it will drive you batty. I called and spoke to the manufacturer and what a shiff show they got going on over there. Bottom line.... they don’t care and after the “ let me talk to our engineer, and he will get back to you”...... that never happened. Called three more times and no response.... so I would not recommend this rattle box, unless you far away from the unit.

Stopped removing moisture after 6 months. Warranty/ Service repair person continuously defers to the "engineer" for assistance and can not authorize the next step for this boat anchor. Will attempt to repair with a local service on my own dollar.
