Are the tubes and lids recyclable? Its a fair bit of plastic if used often esp if they arent.

For each tube of Phizz sold, approximately 6 times its weight in plastic waste is collected, recycled and prevented from entering our oceans, that's a grand total of 1 million plastic bottles per year!

Is there a version without the vitamin c as I take elvanse

How long can they be kept for after opening?

They have a long expiry date (2 years) and the tubes are air tight when closed so don’t think it’s an issue? If you make the drink up it says to drink within 24 hours but that’s all? There is nothing in the tables to go off so not a problem.
