[Read below for updates] My mustache is a wild mess after I shower. Every hair wants to go in it's own direction, and it's a real hassle. I've used wax, but I have to practically put tree sap in my mustache to control those coarse hairs. This brush was the perfect solution for me. You plug it in, turn it on, wait for 5 minutes -or so- for it to heat up, and you're good to go. For best results, go slowly as you brush to allow the heat to penetrate the hair. Straightened hair will keep its shape for a long time. Add mustache wax, or beard oil after brushing to extend the hold for your style. I have not noticed any burning hair smell, and my facial hair is undamaged after a dozen uses. The instructions on the box can be difficult to parse due to broken English, and say that heating takes 15 seconds. Heating time is more like 5 minutes.January 13th update: Stopped functioning today. Don't know why. Doesn't heat up at all. I used it once a day for about 5 minutes a day. I don't know if that was enough wear and tear to kill it. It's a shame, since it was a great product until it stopped functioning.January 20th update: They read my updated review, and got in touch with me right away. Offering to refund my purchase with a gift card or send me a new one free of charge. They stand by their product, and are very prompt and polite. I had already replaced the unit, so I opted for the gift card. I really do like this comb. It's especially great for mustaches. I used it every day. I'm glad to report that if you have any issues with yours, you can get in touch with the vendor and they will make it right.

I bought this beard straightener for my husband because he was constantly complaining about how rough his beard looked. He loves it and won’t stop telling all of his friends with beards about it.

I got this for my boyfriend because he has a big bushy beard and he loves it! I’ll have to take pictures next time he uses it! I even tried it on my hair and it works great! Definitely would recommend

Bought for my husband. He does not usually try to clean himself up but this tool is so easy and simple and quick. And havent even used it for anything besides his beard.

This arrived today. I bought this for my beard. There was a brush. But this was flagged as “the newer model”. It says it takes 15 seconds to heat. So I waited a little longer. Slipped on the comb. Started to brush down and BAM!! I get burned. The comb slips right off. So I figured ok, let me press down on the base of the comb so that it won’t move. That held mostly in place. I brushed. And brushed. And brushed. And brushed. I think you get the picture. Nothing. This is a hair comb. Obviously. Guys don’t bother.

Honestly there’s nothing I didn’t dislike it worked flawlessly I love it I use it for when I go out at gala party and instead of looking all scruffy and like I never groom. That’s why I give it a 5 star rating. Now if anyone is ordering from these guys..... I totally recommend it and they ship it out right away and received it pretty fast.

This came broken, it was split down the middle so I had to push it back together and it snapped in place, but cam apart when used with pressure. Ended up gluing it shut. Tried it out, it heats up fast and does work... mildly. It isn't a dramatic change, combing and a little beard gel/stylier stuff seems to do roughly the same job for less time. But for what it is it's worth the money paid for it I guess.Update:i had this at 3 stars, not a terrible rating, but not amazing. I'm downgrading this because the company not only has been non-stop contacting me asking that i take the review down and they will bribe me with $30 to do it.after ignoring those, they started calling, then texting me asking me to take the review down and started offering $30 +$20 refund but i had to take the review down. Look, offering a refund is fine, but bribing people to take a mediocre review down to falsely inflate your fairly poor product is crossing the line.the last straw was when they started sending me snail mail letters asking the same thing. At this point i am being harassed and may need to get a lawyer involved to get them to cease and desist. I've reported the activity to amazon and blocked their number, but it hasn't stopped them.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and defiantly don't buy from them and leave a negative review.
