Poorly Crafted
Very poorly made and arrived broken. One board was split in two. Door was split with screw fallen out. Screws slid in and out of wood with no effort.

Great shelter for our outdoor cat
The only reason for dropping one star is the installation of the hinge. The placement was not marked and I had difficulty figuring out where it needed to be to allow the lid to open and close properly. I ended up having to add a small screw to support the hinge when closed, otherwise it drops down and places itself in a bind and the lid won't open. Someone familiar with the geometry/mechanics of hinges will likely have less trouble than I did.I added Thermal Cat Pet Dog Warming Bed Mat, Hammock, and Connectable Mat Comfortable Nap, Sleeping and Crate Mat for Cats by Downtown Pet Supply and together they make a very cozy little shelter for our outdoor cat.

Loved the color
Pretty easy to assemble, my only suggestion would be that wood pieces should be marked where latch for roof should be placed.

Decent product for the price.
I bought this hutch for my two cats for the coming winter...just added crocheted blankets to inside and on top. The assembly for this hutch was not too hard...one hole didn't line up properly, but we got it in the end. Overall a decent product for the price.

Looks cute
Received this item on time, all pieces were there and NOT damaged. I sprayed the hutch with an outdoor shellack for protection. The wood seems lightweight, but it's only housing an outdoor cat. She slept in it, so I guess it's ok. We'll see how it holds up to SoCal weather and bugs.

Worth the cost.
I love that it is made from real cedar wood. It smells wonderful. It is big enough for my two adult bunnies. They can get in and out of it easily.

It's been over a year since I got this for an outdoor hutch set up and it's still going strong. The bunnies love it and it looks adorable.

Nice little shelter!
Bought this for my outside semi-feral cat. Nice, sturdy little shelter. Very pleased with the price and quality. As you can see, my indoor cats liked it as well.
