This book is a joke. It's literally the same checklist page for "good habits" and "bad habits" repeated for like 100 pages, with an occasional James Clear quote thrown in for good measure. Not helpful at all....for anything.Total waste of time, look elsewhere!!

Pages are so small you can't use the worksheets. I am sending back.

Useless
I could have made a chart and used gold stars, and it would have had the same effect. It's unimaginative, glorified graph paper with a few captions from the book . Checking off tiny boxes is a waste of my time.

Not a journal- it’s one page checklist copied over
I returned this. It’s the same checklist printed on every page. I could find one, scan and print it myself. This is not a journal.

Quick and easy to use
I really like this journal. The format is great. It's quick and easy to keep track of every day you avoid the bad habits and embrace the good ones and you have a simple visual to tell how you did each month. It also has a place at the bottom that has important things to think about to help you stay on track. I like that there are lots of pages. I'll use this journal for years. Glad I finally got it. The first one I ordered never came-had to make several chats and a call. This one was delivered quickly. Thanks!

Habit Tracking is truly necessary to become the person you know you can
I am so excited to start the use of this Habit tracker in March. I have some habits that I need to erase. I WILL erase them, by creating NEW, PRODUCTIVE HABITS. that I can use and be proud of. This habit tracking is going to help me with that. The person I want to be is locked up inside of me, and will be released soon! This aide will help me get there!

Good but an app is better
I loved the book and started using it. However, I then came across an app which I much prefer as it's quicker and easier to use and always with me, on my phone! However, if you prefer a physical book, I'd definitely recommend it.

Pretty much a repeat of the same double pages over and over again with the occasional ‘inspirational’ quote page ... save your money ...

Poor knock off of Clear’s book
I was very disappointed when this arrived. It offers nothing more than what you could jot down in a blank notebook. The printing quality is poor and it is obvious infringement of the original author. While there is a disclaimer on the inside of the book - I would prefer something a bit more authentic.

Disappointed
I was expecting more guidance/recap of the highlights of the book as a reminder of how to build your habits. It is simply the same 2 pages with some quotes to brake up the monotony. Upside, great for people that want to track progress with pen and paper and to check off boxes. Handy to keep with you.
