Valve Index Base Stations Ceiling Mount
I used these to ceiling mount my Valve Index Base Stations (v2) in a 12'x10' play area. They are working great! These seem to be all metal, but they have a nice little rubber pad where you screw on the base station to help with vibrations. They feel solid and would take a lot to bend. You can tighten down the adjustment part such that the base stations do not move. I have not had to adjust them since I installed them. You could also use these for wall mount, if you needed some extra distance from the wall compared to the mount the base stations come with.

Could not even support a 5x7" Neewer LED panel
I was attempting to use this to mount multiple LED lights in a studio setting. I saw how much the security cameras weight that this was rated for a saw that my LED light panels were not even close to those sizes. However when I mounted them to these arm mounts, the led panel would not hold in its position and kept coming loose. Thinking that perhaps it was 1 bad arm, I tried the led panel on all of the rest and the issue repeated. I was unable to securely lock the LED panel in any position. For your comparison purposes, the LED lights I am referring to can be found here [B07YFY7H7J] I was not even mounting the entire tripod stand to this arm, I was only attaching the LED light, which removed even more weight. I will look elsewhere for a solution to mount these within my studio at home.
