My son adores this controller! I’ve bought a bunch of video games just for him now (cause he can actually play now) before his hands were too small to hold a controller properly so if we played anything it was super hard for my 6 year old son to manage. But nowww. He has his own games and confidently plays them. 😊 I’m a happy mom and proud gaming parent. This is for the win if you have small hands or your children do. Buy it! It’s a real PlayStation product it works perfectly with the system! Only downside is I wish it were wireless but I won’t get upset about it seeing that my son is at least able to play an enjoy it. So no love lost for the product! Great buy‼️‼️

It's been a few months since I bought it and finally want to give my thoughts on this controller. I needed a new one for my PS3 and after doing so much research on other third party PS3 controllers, I ended up purchasing this one. I must say that it's a solid controller.For PS3: Now, if you also want one for a PS3 replacement, then I must first warn you that the "PS" button will not turn on your PS3 or take you home or even turn off your console when it comes to playing a game. It will also not take you home if you are using an app like Youtube and wish to switch to another app Unlike a standard PS controller will, you'll need to get up and press the power button if you wish to do any of that. It will still work fine if you wish to play a game or watch a Blu-ray/DVD. It's a decent replacement for a PS3 controller, though with some gripes.For PS4: It's a good replacement controller. Yes, it feels smaller than a standard PS controller, but I personally don't mind it. It feels nice and works well. I have had no issue with any of the buttons when using it. The PS button will take you to the home menu when using it on PS4. Although, you will need to turn it on by pressing the power button on the console. I have read complaints when it comes to playing first person shooters, but since I don't play those "POV" style games, it isn't a problem for me. I genuinely like this controller especially for my PS4. If you wish to save a couple bucks, this is a fine option.

Used this remote to obtain a high mark on a worldwide leaderboard. The buttons seem faster than the triggers and the controller fits in your hand better, it's a nice change to the already comfortable regular controller. The controller feels durable not like a cheap flimsy plastic, I've had one for years and wanted a second. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure these are playstation licensed products as they were available on the playstation website during the height of the plague. They ranged from the price here to over $100 usd at the time and were becoming hard to find.

In about two months its been dropped, swung, stepped on and drown in several juices and doesn't miss a step - so it would seem they've put together a quality product. The controller functions well - though it doesn't have the analog L2/R2 input or touch pad of the dualshock, neither of which was a concern for the 5 year old. Its large enough that its not awkward for an adult, but best suited to kids. I would like to see a Bluetooth version - even at a slightly higher price point.Overall, it's very well suited to a kid wandering around the Lego variants of Hogwarts.

Our kids (6 years old and 4 years old) love these. They have tried using the normal controllers and much prefer these smaller ones. It lets them play age appropriate games easily, and we are able to have fun game nights. They are able to plug them in, and then unplug them at the end of the play session, and then put them away.One warning - they are kind of tiny in my hands (6'1", 220 lbs). It's especially hard to make sure I hit the correct triggers, as they are very close together.

This controller is simply not compatible with games or apps. I have on older PS4, but it is fully online and up to date. This controller only worked on the PS4's main menus. Once inside any App, (Disney, Minecraft, Netflix) the controller stopped working and only the PS4 home button works to bring you back to the main menu. Many people have this issue and no one is offering a solution. Does it only work with certain newer model PS4s? Maybe, who knows. The lack of support and troubleshooting is another red flag.I bought this specifically to play Minecraft with my son. I was not able to because one inside any app, this controller loses compatibility. Except the PS4 home button.

I love my Hori controller! I play Destiny 2 for long periods of time and I hated having to plug in my controller or having to replace my controller due to “Destiny Stick”. This controller is small and weighs significantly less than a DualShock controller. It doesn’t have a vibrate function, touch pad or light sensor so it may not work with certain games. Overall it’s a great replacement for my DualShock controller and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple PS4 controller.
