I almost returned it because I thought there was a piece missing. But I had used the wrong pieces in 2 different places. There are NO instructions so give yourself a few minutes to really look at the pictures online if you run into a problem. What should have taken a few minutes to put together, ended up taking me 10-15 minutes to figure out.I really like this lighting because it has 10 settings for all 3 settings. The variations are great for different situations. The bottom phone holder works great when seated. I took some picture and the brightness looks awesome. I will do some video and see if the same holds true.The top phone holder left a lot to be desired because I wear glasses. As you can see in the picture, the ring light shows up in my glasses. Even if I take a few steps back, I see the same issue. Really disappointed. (If you have a solution for this, please leave a comment. I would be eternally grateful.)I bought this tripod stand to ensure I could use both phone settings, but it doesn't look like I can. This is why I deducted one star. I have a couple of weeks to decide if this is a deal breaker for me.

First, the LED ring light is great. It has 3 color choices and several brightness settings and throws off a lot of light, so it's versatile in a variety of situations. If you are primarily looking for a light source for videos and selfies, this is a good choice.The product comes with multiple attachments and configuration options, which show great promise but are generally fairly flimsly and difficult to use. My package came with 2 flimsy smartphone holders (it did not come with the heavy-duty smartphone holder shown in the video) that are barely wide enough for my phone. The pole, stand, and smartphone holders are so lightweight that the whole assembly is unstable when in use. Once you get it setup, it's okay, but setting and adjusting it is difficult due to the lightweight parts.Some of the adapters are difficult to figure out and there are configurations shown in the marketing photos and videos that I don't believe you can attain given the parts that were included in my package.

The circle light is very small but I guess you get what you pay for. It’s good but not on the same level as a more expensive light stand. I also always have issue if I want to make the phone point straight down when I’m doing tutorials on how to make things which is really annoying. Otherwise if you’re ok with a small light it is actually a pretty good stand. It is easy to assemble and connect with your phone, has different light settings and easy to pack away in the closet when it is not being used. Besides facing directly downwards it is otherwise easy to move around in order to get it facing the way you want it to. Otherwise if you know what you’re getting I would say it’s great product. For true YouTuber video camera light stands you’ll have to pay much more there’s no going around it. This product is also good for photo booths for parties once you get the phone is stand’s holder and have a designated photographer.

I have bought so many lights and options to do videos and art process videos. Many are unwieldy. and I've not been satisfied with any solution.While I haven't used this light for a complete video, I tested it. And I was really impressed how compact and well it worked. It will do the trick for videos of me on-camera and the process videos.One thing to note: My cell phone kept drooping when I attached it. I nearly sent it back. I had tightened it as much as I could ... or so I thought! My husband had a similar type of device for the phone in the car and he had the same experience. He gave it a few more tight turns and voila! It stayed in place.I do recommend this product. I haven't found anything I don't like about it from the tests I've done. It's well thought out and very versatile.

Great product my only problem is there are little to no directions for assembly. I had mine assembled wrong and just was not working smoothly until I went back to this order and studied photos. Also the phone holder was tricky at first I thought I broke it during my first fb live but the holder locks open and when you push the camera into it there’s a button the back of the phone pushes in and releases the clips to grab the phone, and that there are 2 little props that fold forward on the bottom edge of camera holder to prevent it from slipping out the bottom, which was really neat once I figured it out! Lol! Great product, just wish someone explained the components to me, so here ya’ go....

The 2 mini tripods that come with this light are useless -- even at the tightest setting, the heads wobble and don't stay in position. Without functioning (read: stable) tripods to mount both light and cell to, I couldn't use the light.

Wow I was super surprised on how bright this little thing does. Sorry if my picture shown isn’t all that helpful, but just want to give you some perspective on the lighting. I had set this on the 3rd to the brightest setting.

I like the versatility of the light ring. I like the remote and I like the three choices of light. I like the selfie stick. A great value. You get so much for one low price! The only negative is that it did not come with instructions and for a tech challenged Gamma like me, instructions would have been helpful
