I bought this bag for a motorcycle trip that my husband and I were taking. I didn't want to wear my leather vest, because it gets bloody hot in that and I haven't figured out how to ride with an air conditioner yet, so I needed something that I could carry items in that needed to be within easy reach.Let me tell you. I am not skinny. At all. I am voluptuous and am okay with that. So I'm hunting for a bag that will fit around my waist and my thigh. I order this one. When it arrives the next day (thanks Prime!!), I am looking it over and discover, to my surprise, that it isn't going to fit. It's way too big to wear around my waist. Even on the last little hole. That's cool, I can wear it as a cross body bag. As long as the thigh portion fits, all will be good.That is the only con. The thigh strap can't seem to make up its mind on whether or not it is going to sit where it should, or ride low. I ended up adjusting it several times, even while I was barreling down the highway, singing Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive" at the top of my lungs, thankful for my windshield for keeping bugs out of my mouth.I would buy another bag. In fact, if and when this one falls apart, I will buy another. It is very well constructed, and is fairly roomy. I am able to carry my pew pew, my stabby stick, my long wallet, a nail file, and various other things, like ChapStick and Tylenol while still having room. When we reached our destination, I was able to take off the thigh strap and just use it as a cross-body bag. Even now, weeks after purchasing, I am still using it.It looks badass, it sits great, it's roomy. Get it. You won't regret it.

I’m a very forgetful/clumsy idiot, so having my belongings literally attached to me is a MASSIVE convenience, the thigh strap was a bit too small but I prefer wearing it without one anyways. Looks great as well!

I was hoping to wear this as a belt bag, but I unfortunately cannot figure it out. I usually just wear this as a purse. This could be great for going out, but you'll need a small bookbag if you plan on carrying much (snacks, water, supplies, etc.) Personally, I have enjoyed wearing it regardless as I find it preferable over carrying my wallet/phone/notepad in my hands.I think the bag is gorgeous, and it is still an upgrade over my old purse of a similar size. It looks just like the images in the listing. The bag feels really high quality and I love the little details. I think the small studs and things will not come off easily. It can be styled up or down to fit your needs since the material is actually nice. It was a bit of an investment for me, but I am pretty happy with the outcome. This could be a great daily bag to hold a handful of small necessities, especially if you are good with travel sizes.I don't really have any complaints. I have worn it in the rain a few times (surprise weather) and I was joyous to see it has suffered no damage. Love the look and fit of this bag. In general, these bags take some getting used to but it is convertible for multiple positions. The leather feels nice and rugged and I expect it to last for years.

Great bag to take to Ren fest. Love the quality and look of the bag. The only issue is that the leg strap is too short for us bigger legged gentlemen. I'll have one made at Ren fest when I go again. Great bag though !!!

UPDATE: I have had the bag for a couple of months now and would like to update my initial review.I don't think this bag is useful to use as a motorcycle bag unless you "tweak" it, which i did. At about 70 mph the "flap" does not stay closed - it either needed to have velcro sewn in or a very good industrial magnet to keep it closed.the thigh strap - the grommets on the thigh strap could scratch your gas tank. i have strips of black electrical tape coveing the grommets that would face the gas tan and now alls well. Fortunately i put the tape on n a way so that it actually looks presentable.Lastly the zippered pouch is so tight, its hard to put anything in it. I don't carry a lot of things in my bag, just my phone and my (mans) wallet - there's not much room for anything else if you typically like to crry a lot of things, which i don't.but the main problem is that the flap won't stay closed unless you devise a way to keep it closed............what i liked about this particular drop leg bag is the style - it looks different than all the others and i also did not want anything hanging off of of it while i am on my motorcycle. I just wish the "buttons" were also available in silver to match the small amount of chrome i have on the bike - just would have looked better. i have only had the bag for a few weeks but once you open the main flap, i wish that area zipped instead of being an open pocket and the flap has a snap closure. there are several ways to wear it and i personally found it very easy to adapt to those ways - using Youtube as a guide. I participated in a large ride on March 7 and got a lot of compliments on it before it was time to ride out.

Wanted a thigh purse to wear during pinball tournaments to hold headphones, battery, cigarettes, lighter, cash and cards, and car keys. Loved the look of this one, and have been very happy with it. It has roomy enough sections,There are only to things I could wish for, one is that the front pocket secured a little easier, it’s just a little more effort then I want it to be. The other is that the straps had smaller units to adjust them. I find I’m always between a hair to big and a scoche too small.All in all. I’m very happy with the purchase based on price, quality, representation of the product, and satisfaction.

I found this little bag to be really nice, the quality is great and was the perfect addition to my korok cosplay! This is definitely a must-have for any adventure type costume, great for carrying small props (like my korok seeds) or to discreetly carry your phone/wallet during a convention. Overall looks and feels very nice so I can easily recommend it! (:

This bag arrived exactly as it looks in the picture. It’s made well, with enough room to keep your necessities in. I like that I can wear it on my waist while I’m on the Harley and it has the strap that goes around your leg to keep it from moving around.

I got this to go with my steempunk costume, however I am using it at work to hold my pens and such, it is bigger then i expected, as I can put my phone + case in it, with room for my pens as well. highly recommend,

Overall I'm a little disappointed as I queried what bag design this actually was and was told it matched the 'main image'. The bag I received is actually a different design that matches one of the other pictures provided for the item. Its still a holster bag design but a different variation. I purchased it for an event and there was no time to question or return it by the time it arrived so all I have left to say on this is that if the actual design of the bag has changed then I feel the pictures are a bit misleading.That said, the bag itself that I did receive, while not exactly what I'd hoped for is very well made, comfortable to wear and also easy to move around in, even when strapped to the leg. There are three pockets - one is very small and anything too bulky in there presses right against you which could be uncomfortable, but kept flat is handy extra space. The front pouch secures with a magnet and metal turning clasp and the main pocket closes with a zip over the top. Its not overly large; I have a long purse/wallet to avoid folding notes/bills and it just barely fit in length wise but there was room for me to carry basic essentials for the event I attended. There is a chain attached via the front pocket and the clasp on the end can be attached almost anywhere on the bag.I like it and its a really nice bag, I just wish it had been the actual design I wanted and believed I would be getting.
