Surprisingly tasty and filling snack
I found these in Target and decided to try them on a lark.OMG, THEY'RE SOOOO GOOD!Don't expect a bag of coconut chips sized like apple slices. You'll be eating these by the handful, as the shreds aren't in huge pieces. The flavor is delicious, and the heat is very subtle and hits you at the end. Even if you're sensitive to spicy foods, this snack won't be a problem. The heat is gentle and truly enhances the flavor of the coconut. The bag suggests these as a topping for salads and such, and the next time I buy a bag, I am going to make a point to try their idea.My only complaint is that I blew through the bag in no time. I really wish these were available in bigger bags, but given that the price on Amazon is great, it's a worthwhile buy that gets you a healthy snack without a ton of ingredients and unpronounceable chemicals.
