I highly recommend Flex and Repair. My mom was always complaining about her legs and how much they hurt when she walked. Everything was just really aching. I asked her if she was taking any depression medication. She wasn't so I told her to take 2 of the AM capsules in the morning and 2 of the PM capsules at night. What a difference! Sure she is a little stiff when she gets up after sitting for a while, but her joints don't hurt anymore. It has made her so happy. I am 35 years old and recently discovered I have rheumatoid arthritis. The news was devistating. Great product it's all natural and it really works . I had an annoying throbbing pain on the back of my leg in the knee area that was driving me crazy , I was constantly massaging my leg to try and ease the pain .Flex and repair was highly recommended by my friend who swears by it because of the combination of it's natural ingredients , so I gave it a shot and was really amazed that it worked .I gave it 4 stars because by the Next Day I noticed a lot less pain , I was amazed it worked that fast for me .Since then I'm about 95 percent back to normal , it's a keeper.

I have been taking this product for just about a month now. It was recommended by my chiropractor when I sprained my ankle. As a diabetic I am a very slow healer. Although I did see my chiropractor during this time, I do believe the healing process was a lot faster with this product. The am and pm also helped with my sleeping routine. I fell asleep much faster and stayed asleep without waking up during the night which resulted in waking up more refreshed each morning. This was definitely a notable difference. rotator cuff surgery and 2 bad knees.Been taking this for a month and I notice the difference in inflammation in my shoulder and knees before taking flex and repair I was taking about for 800 milligram ibuprofen everyday. now I probably take one every other day because of the flex and repair. I sleep better and my workouts are less straining on my shoulder and knees

At first it seemed to lessen some of my lower back pain, just a little; maybe. Then I stopped taking it after a few weeks and my back stayed the same. I couldn't say with any honesty this stuff did anything and, if it did, it was so mild as to not be noticeable.

I've had an accident and needed something other than the suual msm jumbo pills was told to try this and it really does help. I notice a difference when I take it and when I do not. Best part is it didn't make me naseous.
