Review: Don't Bother!!! - It was my intention to use this product to create instructional videos. The ONLY supporting software for this device was CamShop and it is fairly easy to use and navigate, however, this device is set to continuously autofocus. When I say continuously I mean every other second it focuses in and out. Watching videos created on this device gives you a dizzy headache. I was hoping to see if I could get adobe to recognize it but that was a bust also. When contacting the seller, the only compensation provided was "technician states that the autofocus feature was a decision made as an internal feature and could not help" "would you like $10 back for your trouble" DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE I buy on desertcart a lot and this is the FIRST time I have ever had such a horrible experience. If all you intend to do is scan to create pdfs be careful their too...that is a whole different pile of garbage full of grainy outcomes no matter which settings you apply. $10!!! That's a 6.66% refund people!! JUST DISGUSTED

It was my intention to use this product to create instructional videos. The ONLY supporting software for this device was CamShop and it is fairly easy to use and navigate, however, this device is set to continuously autofocus. When I say continuously I mean every other second it focuses in and out. Watching videos created on this device gives you a dizzy headache. ### ⭐⭐⭐ CHINESE MADE PRODUCT THAT WON'T DO 12 MEGA PIXELS!

This product is ok but then capability's as stated for product are deceptive when you are searching for a product to buy. The software that comes with this OCR scanner which is on a USB drive limits you to 8 mega pixels. I am running this on a Windows 10 machine with 4 gigabytes of memory. If you are running PCMATIC for security you will have to turn off SUPER SHIELD then install the OCR scanner software then turn SUPER SHIELD back on. The OCR software is so so I recommend buy other OCR SOFTWARE.
