The product came not only damaged but very hard to assemble because the instructions were not easy to read and none of the parts were labeled. Im so mad because I already waited over a month for the product to get such crap! Once I got it up the lights didn’t even work! Im waiting for a refund. Order from somewhere else or you will regret it!

I contacted the seller about a refund because a month had gone by since I had ordered it and I still hadn’t received it. They never replied. I finally received it over a month after I ordered it. The packaging was all damaged and some of the boards were as well. The worst part is that the main board that goes on top was all scratched up. There was so much styrofoam pieces broken up that went everywhere when I opened the package. It was obvious that it got wet during shipping. The styrofoam was stuck to the bench cushion to the point that it was ruined. Luckily I already had a stool I planned on using. This was extremely hard to put together as well. My boyfriend and I spent 6 hours trying to figure it out. The direction are not very clear and it seemed like we were missing a whole page? We ended up just ditching the directions and just guessing where everything went based on the picture/common sense. I will say the finished product does look pretty good minus some scratches in the top clear coat of paint. The hardware for the drawer was bent during shipping so it doesn’t work as it should. You almost have to yank the drawer out and it’s loud. So I try not to use the drawer very often, which is a shame because it’s a pretty spacious drawer. The lights are very very bright. I like this personally, but others may not. You will be able to see everything on your face and I mean everything. Overall I think you get what you pay for, affordable, but not the best quality or service.

I have been anticipating this cute dressing table with lights, but it never came. I wish someone would let me know if I should forget it or it still might come. Update: finally got here.....OMG what a mess. so cheap the draw doesn't close smoothly. The lights don't work, I got a shock when I tried to turn them on. Never again.

I recently received and assembled this vanity and I was very disappointed with the lack of directions that were provided. The directions were not detailed and the pieces were not labeled therefore I had to figure out what piece went where based on my own measurements and process of elimination. On top of all of that there were no explicit directions on how to properly connect the wires for the mirrored lights portion of the vanity. Im not sure if my specific vanity light came broken or they are all like that but you damn near need an electrician to help you figure it out.

The end result came nice but instructions were NOT CLEAR, nothing was labeled correctly and worst of all paint was chipping. One of my lightbulb placements didn’t turn the lightbulb on due to one of the cords being loose. But if you like a puzzle def buy this.

Worst piece I ever brought from amazon the wood was broken pieces bend couldn’t assemble fast enough the instructions was not clear the sit isn’t put on proplerly!! Seriously the worst product to buy from these ppl I was I would saved me 200$!!!!! Over all the table is nice just so many dents on it and it’s suppose to be brand new this is bullshit! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This product was ordered in July and took 2 months to receive. When I finally received it yesterday the product was not as described. First, I ordered black and what I received was dark brown. Secondly, the styrofoam that this product was packed with was stuck all over the bench seat and unable to remove. Third, the corner of the mirror top is broken and not able to repair. This definitely was not a good experience and not worth the money. I hope I get a refund with no issues.

Seat is very flimsy! Top of seat falls off all the time! Also the color is not Black it’s more like brown! Took hours to put together! Seat is crappy quality!!
